- BaLinda Dillard - Board President
- BaLinda Dillard worked as a CRA (Community Reinvestment Act) Analyst with IndyMac Bank for more than 7 years, providing support and playing an integral role in the company's community outreach efforts to low-moderate families. After leaving IndyMac bank in 2007, BaLinda began consulting and taking on various project management assignments within the nonprofit sector. She has served on Senator Carol Lui's Women's Health Commission for three years, is a member of the Monrovia and Duarte Chamber of Commerce and the Kiwanis Club of Monrovia. BaLinda attended Citrus College in Azusa, CA

Completed the Monrovia Area Partnership Neighborhood Leadership Program. Serves on the Church Food Pantry and Mission of Mercy of Second Baptist Church
